Restorative Reiki 

Your Reiki session takes place in a safe and relaxing treatment room with dimmed lights, peaceful music, and aromatherapy oils to enhance the overall experience. You lie on a massage bed fully clothed, with pillows and blankets to ensure complete comfort. Working from the head down to the feet, I will place my hands just above your body in a series of positions focusing on the main chakras and energy points. Energy is released from blockages within the body which then allows it to flow freely. During the healing session, you will experience a complete sense of relaxation and enter a meditative type state. The treatment itself is incredibly relaxing and feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows around you and gives you feelings of peace, deep relaxation, and well-being.
